2 19:00 Sufi Poetry
I am a drunkard from another kind of tavern. I dance to a silent tune. I am the symphony of stars. ~Rumi

We still have time to celebrate Eid! Join us in 'another kind of tavern', where we showcase classic Sufi poetry readings, Sufi music, and a Sufi 'zikr'. And please bring your original spiritual poetry. We're lowering our entrance cost to £8 for this evening. So enjoy! Music on 'kaval' (similar to Turkish ney) and 'erhu' (Chinese violin).  Sufi songs from Turkey and India. Ending with a Sufi 'zikr' meditation with chanting, music, and sacred movements.
