Poetry Landmarks

Hull Royal Infirmary

(Poem)

Details:

This landmark is described in 'The Building' by Philip Larkin which not only captures the atmosphere of the hospital but of all Hull. I have come, through this poem, to see the hospital as being synonomous with Hull. It's a mortality thing.
