Poetry Landmarks

Leeds Poetry Weekly

(Poetry Magazine)

Details:

the magazine is the most controversial - some might say notorious - in the UK with its savage attacks on the poetry establishment especially the so-called 'New Gen' poets. Outstanding poets published include Jeremy Reed, Michael Haslam, Debjani Chatterjee, Brenda Williams. A recent attack on an entirely non-representative selection of 'Survivors'Poetry' resulted in the ultimate accolade of an ironic and lengthy diatribe in the TLS.
