Milton's Mulberry Tree

(Associated Place)

Details:

Milton's Mulberry Tree was planted in the year of Milton's birth (1608) in the Fellows' Garden at Christ's College. Milton was admitted to study at Christ's in 1624, gaining a BA in 1628 and an MA in 1632. There is also a bust of him in the garden. The Fellows' Garden is not open to the public, but you can see a picture of the tree on the college website.
