Poetry Landmarks

Time and Ladbroke Square, by Ruth Fainlight

This poem perfectly captures the sense of a particular place in London, Ladbroke Square, and the evolving of an urban "address" - not just during this contemporary poet's residence there (since the 1960's) but from the Pre-Roman days when Celtic Trinobantes passed through.
