Vallum is a bi-annual, print magazine of new poetry, interviews, reviews, visual art and feature articles. Edgy and sharp, Vallum promotes the best poetry and writing today, with a broad focus on work that pushes limits and is the best in its field. Vallum has published work by notable international and Canadian poets, writers, critics and artists, including Paul Muldoon, Stephen Dunn, George Eliott Clarke, Philip Hobsbaum, Erín Moure, Nicole Brossard, Charles Bernstein, Anne Simpson, Stephanie Bolster, D.G. Jones, Medbh McGuckian, Eamon Grennan and John Kinsella, to name a few. Many of Vallum’s contributors have won Pulitzer Prizes, Governor General’s Awards, and Griffin Prizes. Vallum features writers from Canada as well as the US, Australia, New Zealand, England or Ireland in each issue.
